Attention Builders and Architects: Carolina Coast Inspection and Energy is now performing NAHB Green Building verifications. Please contact John Pollard today for a meeting to discuss your building plan takeoff on how to make your new construction project NAHB green.
Through the National Green Building Program, the National Association of Home Builders is helping its members move the practice of green building into the mainstream. Energy efficiency, water and resource conservation, sustainable or recycled products, and indoor air quality are increasingly incorporated into the everyday process of home building.
The National Green Building Program offers several resources and tools to help builders, remodelers, home building associations, and homeowners learn how to build green, and the benefits of doing so.

"I was once overwhelmed at the number of home inspectors in Wilmington. I wasn't sure who to recommend to my customers or even whom to use personally. Then I met John Pollard. Now I tell everyone from high profile clients to my first time homebuyer friends that when the time comes for a home inspection, the man to call is John Pollard."
